Enough rights have been taken away because of inaccurate information. Our rights must be protected.

The public smoking bans are understanable. There should be allowed business like smoking bars and smoking cafes. People want their non-smoking places thats fine but it should be also fine if we have are smoking places. They don't have to go in them.

What is happening to the freedoms that our fighting men & women fight so hard for. There is hardly a place that a smoker can smoke any more. Leave our tobacco stores alone.

Please read the Constitution and uphold your oath of office. No where in the Constitution or Declaration gives the gubberment the power to 'save' We the People from ourselves. Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

Enough restrictions on smoking already! It's geting to be the only place to smoke are our own homes and tobacco stores. We must preserve the comroderie and brotherhood found over a nice pipe or cigar with friends. Don't like it? Don't walk into a tobacco shop!

I know of no other, legal, industry that has restrictions placed on the use of their products, in their own licensed premise. The laws limiting the use of tobacco in retail businesses, that sell tobacco, are damaging to free enterprise.

As a tobacconist in New York City, it is crucial to still allow smoking inside retail tobacconist stores. There should be nothing wrong with consenting adults electing to walk into a retail establishment to purchase/or smoke inside said business.

It is my hope that legislation does not restrict the right of individual consumers to enjoy cigars within the walls of a tobacco shop. Tobacco is a legal product; smoking is a legal activity. Please do not take away our right to enjoy a legal activity that does not effect others unknowingly.

Please allow me to continue to smoke my cigars in my local B&M. Many a friendship is shared while smoking a cigar!
